The good news is that this is a planned feature for MyDraw and will be included with the software in the near future (most likely after the release of the online version of MyDraw later this year). Currently, the only supported vector formats though are WMF, EMF and EMF+, which you can utilize for SVG images after conversion. While OC also offers PNG files of several sizes, SVG files will scale up and down better than the bitmap PNG files do.
