How Nevron Software Collects Personal Information

Registration on Nevron Software Sites

Product Installation and Use

Information gathered during installation may be used by Nevron Software to authenticate and periodically verify your licensing rights in the product for anti-piracy purposes identify if product updates are available for your computer prior to sending you a notice to install the new product update; and receive in-product messages from Nevron Software that you have requested to receive.

Product Purchases

Information needed to properly fill your order will be gathered and stored when you order products on our Sites. To process your order, we use the service of Authorize.Net LLC processing services. You can review their Privacy Statement by following the link: www.authorize.net

Under our agreement with this service provider, it is not permitted to store, retain, or use your Personal Information or your billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf. In certain cases, we may have access to the last four digits of your credit card number, its expiration date, and the billing address (collectively, the "Billing Information"), which we will use solely to assist us in providing you better and more efficient customer service. In addition, we and our service provider may use any information processed pursuant to this section at an aggregate level for internal business analyses and fraud prevention.

Nevron Software is eligible to share this Information with its partners in order to improve the content, banners and promotions that you and other users will see on our Sites and in our products.

Online Services

You retain full rights of your data uploaded to the online services. We store your data and only provide access by registration information of you and other registered users you chose to collaborate with. We will not sell, share, or rent your data to others in ways different from those disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

We use outside vendors and hosting companies to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. We retain full rights of ownership on our software, designs, code, databases, and any other internally developed application to provide our online services.

We may record and store information regarding the size and name of all User Files that you make available via Nevron Software products and services. Because the names of the User Files you submit are not treated as personal information, we recommend that you do not include any non-public personal information to describe User Files that you make available via these products and services.

MyDraw carries a 30-day money back guarantee when you purchase directly from the MyDraw.com website. If the program does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of the purchase date, you can get your money back by contacting us.

When purchasing MyDraw license(s) from the Mac App Store or the Windows Store, we cannot provide the 30-day money back guarantee. If you already purchased a license from one of these stores and you would like to get a refund, you will have to contact them directly.

Any other fees paid by you for Nevron Software Products or Solutions are non-refundable. You will be responsible for withholding, filing, reporting, and paying all taxes, duties and other governmental assessments associated with your activity in connection with your purchase (except for taxes on our net income).
