2/3 cup boiling water;
- 2/3 cup plain flour;
- 1/2 cup cocoa;
- 1/4 tsp salt;
- 4 eggs;
- 1/2 cup oil;
- 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar;
- 1 tsp vanilla;
- 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips.
Steps

Preheat oven at 150 °C.

Combine the ingredients.
- Spread batter in 33 x 23 cm (13 x 9-inch) baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 to 22 minutes, until the center gives slightly when touched with finger.
- Do not over bake. Let cool completely before cutting.
