Question regarding internet access during authorization

Our company wants to purchase MyDrow software as a replacement for Visio software. We downloaded a 30-day trial version to test the functionality of the software.
During testing, we encountered the following problem: during initial registration and subsequent re-authorization (when closing and re-opening), the software requires Internet access. But according to our company's security policy, employees are not provided with direct Internet access.

Please tell me, is it possible to log in to MyDrow software without the Internet?

And if this is possible, please indicate how to do this.
Perhaps this authorization is not filled in when purchasing a software license?
