Can't activate license after upgrade to 4.0.0

I have two licenses. When I updated to version 4.0.0 I got put in evaluation mode, and could not activate my license. This is for my Windows PC.

When I upgrade my Mac version, I de-activated my license, upgraded, and tried to re-activate. I got “License activation failed”.

Now both my installations are in evaluation mode.

I too have the same problem since the upgrade to MyDraw 14.0.On the 18th of July I have send an email and asked for help.Haven't had any reply from Nevron Software LLC. :-(
