Unable to activate after purchasing perpetual license

I purchased a perpetual license and received an email saying I could activate the software.  When I try to activate it says there are no activations in my account.  When I login to my account, I can see the invoice but no licenses.  I can also see that my credit card has been charged.  How do I get the license added to my account?
